Tax Outlook is software that lays out a report from figures you enter. The report is worked out and made in your browser. Velofy does not see, store or review client figures or the reports made from them.
You are responsible for the figures you enter, for reading each report before you use it, and for what you send to your clients. Velofy does not provide tax or financial advice. A report is not a tax return or a notice of assessment, and the 2026–27 figures in it are estimates on the assumptions it prints.
Email us within 14 days of any payment, including a renewal, for a full refund of that payment, no questions asked. The plan then ends. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits them.
Tax rates, thresholds and public statistics are checked against their sources, and each report prints the date the rates were checked. They change from time to time. When we find an error we correct it, and the next report made uses the corrected figure.
We add to and change Tax Outlook over time. A paid plan keeps the features listed when it was paid for until the end of that paid year. If we have to remove one of them, we will refund the unused part of the year on request.
As far as the law allows, Velofy’s liability for a paid plan is limited to the amount paid for its current year. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
